READ OUR RULEs

REGISTRATION: Check in time is 2pm to 8pm. Check out is by noon. All guests will receive a copy of these RV Park rule upon registration. License Agreement must be signed upon check in and a copy of a valid drivers license or ID given.

RENTAL: Rates are by day, week or 30-day period and must be paid in advance. We accept cash or debit or credit cards. No personal checks accepted. Minimum stay 2 nights.

ELECTRICAL: Electrical usage is included in your rental rate. Large campers with multiple air conditioners or large usage campers may be charged additional.

HEAT: Heat campers with propane during winter months. No electric heaters allowed.

WIFI: WIFI is available for personal use only, for phones and computers. No TV, ROKU or streaming, or business use.

QUIET TIME: Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am Sunday through Thursday and 11 pm to 7 am Friday and Saturday

PETS: Pets must be on a hand held leash, in kennel or tied up anytime they are outside. Clean up after your pet in all parts of the park and dispose of properly. No pets left outside unattended.

PONDS: Do not swim, fish or throw things in ponds. Do not allow children to play near ponds without adult supervision.

DRIVING: Speed limit is 10 mph. Drive on roads only. Park in designated spaced only - this includes guests. Only 2 vehicles allowed per site. No additional trailers or boats allowed.

CAMPSITE: Keep your campsite clean and be sure to put trash in receptacles. No personal items on the grass.

CAMPERS: Only campers year 2010 and newer allowed on premises. Fast dissolving, clog resistant, biodegradable/septic tank safe RV toilet paper only to be put in camper toilets and bathhouse toilets.

BATHHOUSE: Clean up after yourself. No washing dishes in bathhouses. No smoking in bathhouses. No feminine hygiene products in toilets.

LAUNDRY: Coin Op Washer and Dryer available for use. No soap or softeners provided. Be sure to clean up after use.

CAMPFIRES: Campfires in fire rings only. No Bonfires. No unattended fires. Disassembly of fire rings not allowed.

MAIL: No personal mail delivery to the property

WEATHER RADIO: Recommend NOAA Weather Radio and application into online Code Red program.

SECURITY: Security cameras in use throughout the property

NO FIREWORKS: No fireworks on premises.

DRUGS: No use of illegal drugs on premises.

CANCELLATION: (2-29 night stay: $50 cancellation charge if given a two week notice, no notice- no refund.) (30 nights stay or longer: $250 cancellation charge if given a two week notice, no notice - no refund.)
